Dear Christine,

Thank you for email. Everything went well during our stay. The hotel allowed early check-in. Room is new and clean, but is too small, and the hotel is located in good location as it is convenient to public transportation and walking distance to the old town. Only few points, it's a bit noisy surrounding(from the road), especially at night. The room does not seal and not well sound protected. With the room rate it would be good if the hotel served BF. Thank you.

The hotel has a great position, we walked every day from hotel to Messe Frankfurt by foot. Your service was great, you accomplished all our requests. I suggest t2f to all people.

Hi, dear Tom,

Thanks a lot for Your help and proceding the process all the time. Of course, the difference in service quality, in comparison with the hotel in Germany, it is felt, the level is lower and the service staff - surly. But good news are that the exhibitors needed hotel only during the nights as the day-time was very busy (only weather could be better.....).

We were very satisfied with Your service, Tom. Next time we’ll try to use Your services.

I would like to thank you for our booking and making our stay super amazing at Mitico!  They are so very helpful, made everything so comfortable for us and most certainly you can recommend this hotel to other wheelchair users!  We made some recommendations to a lady there, I think it may have been Laura about the bathroom which could use a little improving. 

Once again, thank you for you the help offered regarding everything! 

For next year I would like to start sourcing for 5 people (1 wheelchair user) as this year because the bookings were so late, we were all around Bologna and the taxi fairs were insane. 

Something for us to keep in mind!
