Hello George,
The rooms are comfortable, quiet and very clean. Excellent breakfast with a wide choiche and alternatives available. Corridors need refurbishing as the carpeting is really worn out, as well as room doors. Hotel restaurant closed on sunday but other restaurants are available at walking distance. Taxis to Prowein quite expensive. If traffic is smooth, it takes approx 20 minutes to get to the Exhibition ground.

Dear Anna, The Hotel Monte Christo - Koln was great ! Flights was all ok. Hotel Very clean and neat. Hot inside as much as you wish. Very nice hosting service ! The Hotel receptionist man, Swen was very very nice to me, more than helpful and was a real pleasure to deal with him. Alexandra, his colleague also she was very nice, even tough I only deal with her for several hours, before I left the hotel , back to Romania. I know I might not have been so easy to deal person at times, but you was patient to me. I appreciate all your efforts to find the best deal based upon my requests. The service received by Mrs Ellie Stone can only be praised. She is professional, fast handling and 100% engaged in providing prompt and satisfying answers to customer needs and requests. All this in a very pleasant way. As to the hotel I chose, the location was great, the breakfast very nice, the rooms are quiet small, but clean and cozy. Only the bar should be looked at, as there is not much choice, neither in food nor in beverage. All in all a good place to stay during a fair.
