It was great to get the help from Travel to Fairs helping me to find a suitable hotel for a group of 5-6 people attending Ambiente 2024. We were late in arranging how many would go and always adding more people but Jack Turner and his colleagues solved all our needs fast and with a remarkable patience. What Hotel Herzog lacked in room size, it more then doubled in customer service. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay during the K-show. The only issue we had was the very small bathrooms, difficult to use.

Yes, we have checked out of the H4 Hotel Hannover Messe and we have already successfully returned home! Now there is a lot of work to do with the contact we gained during LIGNA.
As for the hotel, everything was great! Rooms were very clean, beds were soft! We really liked the pool and sauna which was available for the guests - it was a great relaxation after a long day at the exhibition! The only minor issue we ran into was during the check-in. For some reason our bookings was marked as to stay in rooms with one double bed. Thankfully upon our arrival the hotel was not full and employees of the hotel were quick to resolve the mishap with the beds!
Thank You for the great service and we will for sure keep in touch for LIGNA 2021!

Our referent in T2F has always been at our disposal, offering an excellent service! The hotel had an excellent position and we did not find any problem, except that the rooms had never been cleaned in our 4 nights staying. Anyway we will simply point it out for next event!

The hotel was very nice and very close to the fair and we even had some of our customers staying there which was a +.
The only issue was that it was a bit loud due to other guests in the hotel.
As for Tracy she did her job perfectly and we are satisfied with her.
