NORTEC 2024 will take place between 23-26.02.2024 as a live exhibition. The hosting location of the fair will be the Hamburg Messe und Congress. The event will include as a sub-event, METAV.

It is an international trade fair focused on production chain innovations and advancements. Hamburg serves as the host for four days. The specialist event draws in the equipment and machinery from over 430 exhibiting firms, while attendance remains above 35 000 trade visitants. NORTEC firmly focuses on technological growth via its programming. It discusses metalworking, design, analysis and simulation, control, IT, logistics, and quality control.

NORTEC 2022
NORTEC 2022 took place as a live event between 31.05.2022 and 03.06.2022. The hosting location for the event was the Hamburg Messe und Congress. NORTEC 2022 featured approximately 230 exhibitors. The venue did not incorporate coronavirus precautions because Germany had repealed its pandemic restrictions.
NORTEC 2024
The 2024 edition of NORTEC was held between 23-26.01.2024 as a live trade exposition. The iteration took place on more than 4 300 m2 and received around 200 exhibiting firms and 4 800 visitants. 86% of the visiting group rated the event as excellent and 59% were first-time attendees. 75% will attend the next edition and 87% would recommend the event to others.

Dear Christine,
Thank you for email. Everything went well during our stay. The hotel allowed early check-in. Room is new and clean, but is too small, and the hotel is located in good location as it is convenient to public transportation and walking distance to the old town. Only few points, it's a bit noisy surrounding(from the road), especially at night. The room does not seal and not well sound protected. With the room rate it would be good if the hotel served BF. Thank you.

The Novotel was a comfortable, clean, modern and efficient location for attending the Ligna show.
Depending on the group attending the Ligna show, another option would be Hannover Old Town which is a short walk further and adds a historic German/European experience. Most evenings we walked to this area for dinner from the Novotel.
