Preface
Nor-Shipping is a worldwide maritime trade exhibition hosted at NOVA Spektrum. It occurs for four days every two years. It attracts government officials, shipowners, shipyards, technology manufacturers, and maritime organisations. The event receives, as a result, over 30,000 visitors, 300 expert speakers, and more than 500 exhibiting firms from more than 40 countries. Over 80% of the attending are managing executives.
About Nor-Shipping
Various sectors and industries attend Nor-Shipping. These include boat accessories, shipping, ship construction, port instrumentation and offshore engineering. They also feature the marketing, coating, composite materials, logistics, and electronics industries.

Nor-Shipping 2023
Nor-Shipping 2023 was a live trade exposition held between the 6th and 9th of June, 2023. The iteration occurred at the Oslo Stock Exchange and the Lillestrøm Exhibition Centre. The format received over 50 000 attendants. This included 892 exhibiting firms and 30 000 visitants.
Nor-Shipping 2025
Nor-Shipping 2025 was a live trade expo held between the 2nd and 6th of June 2025. The iteration occurred at NOVA Spektrum and represented the 60th anniversary of the event. Nor Shipping 2025's exhibitor list featured around 980 exhibiting firms from 43 nations and approximately 60 000 visitants from about 100 countries.

Good day Tom,
Yes, we have checked out of the H4 Hotel Hannover Messe and we have already successfully returned home! Now there is a lot of work to do with the contact we gained during LIGNA.
As for the hotel, everything was great! Rooms were very clean, beds were soft! We really liked the pool and sauna which was available for the guests - it was a great relaxation after a long day at the exhibition! The only minor issue we ran into was during the check-in. For some reason our bookings was marked as to stay in rooms with one double bed. Thankfully upon our arrival the hotel was not full and employees of the hotel were quick to resolve the mishap with the beds!
