Dear George, 

last week when we came back after Fairs was very busy and I did not replay when it comes to our stay.

We are pretty happy with our stay, rooms were spacious and clea, service was also good.

Although we have some reamarks:

1) Parking - we were staying 7 nights and each and every time when we need to leave parking we had to ask for the new parking card. They were not able to issue a card that opens the gate every time. That was inconvience for us, and they should change it.

2) Breakfast buffet - there was good chioce however not enough vegetables. There were only tomatos and cucumber, no green mix, radishes, bell pepper, we really missed that. 

Service were relly nice and supportive.

Hello, I would like to confirm you that I had a confortable stay and everything was O.K.

The fair went quite well. 

They told me that their stay at the Aparthotel Lenau was very good and that they didn't have any major problems. The only drawback was being on the 4th or 5th floor without an elevator (especially for carrying suitcases), and during check-in, some of the terminals weren't working, so it took quite a while, but otherwise, it was in a great location, very easy to park, spacious and clean rooms... Very good. 

We are not going to reserve anything for future editions yet, as we are not sure whether we will participate directly or through an agent/distributor. 

As soon as we have any needs again, I will contact you, as our experience with you has been very good, with very quick responses and excellent service.

My colleagues were satisfied and the position of the hotel was fine to reach the fair.
It wasnt a top standard hotel but for the price we paid and the quality we received we are okay with it.

We had a good stay. The hotel is clean and people are friendly and helpful. its nice to see smily faces when you start your day and when you return tired. The only thing that i can tell is the issue with the breakfast that while each time after i sent your email the issue was taking care the next day existed again. there was no update between personel and system.

The hotel was very nice and very close to the fair and we even had some of our customers staying there which was a +.
The only issue was that it was a bit loud due to other guests in the hotel.
As for Tracy she did her job perfectly and we are satisfied with her.
