Anyhow, no problems, we decided to confirm in advance and it is OK, it was our decision. Hotel people were good and friendly, rooms clean, hotel in general was OK. Maybe just a little remark: missing real coffee, maybe better coffee maker is appreciated more (the one available was not good…..but this is our taste, maybe others are appreciating).

Ben and his colleagues have been of great help. It took us time to finalise our request and Ben kept in touch regularly without "dropping out" which was very helpful. It was sometimes difficult to find the time to focus on the booking for EUROTIER in the middle of short term priorities. Ben was brilliant at keeping me on the ball. Ben and his colleagues made things easy and were always helpful in their feedback and advice. The house found house 7027 was a very good solution. ANUGA 2023 was successful. The hotel, 25hours Hotel The Circle was a great, convenient location. The staff was quite friendly and the breakfast was good. The drawback for me was very limited space to hang and store clothes. Also, the room not being equipped with an iron and ironing board was not ideal, but the front desk was able to supply upon request. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.
Though it is still quite early, I suspect I will attend ANUGA 2025.

I'm not positive how I stumbled across "Travel to Fairs Limited", but I'm so glad I did. A simple request for traveling advice turned into a fantastic planning experience. My first point of contact (Via telephone) was from Ms. Ellie Stone. From that point forward I worked solely with her. My plans were extremely complex and Ellie was there for me the entire time. Flying from the United States, traveling to four separate cites in three European countries seemed daunting. After a few questions and some conversation, Ellie was able to give me multiple hotel options in each city. Ms. Stone even divided each hotel by their amenities. (Included breakfast/bars/public transport etc.) In addition to her thorough help with hotel accommodations, Ellie also booked three (3) separate flights for me. Germany to Denmark to Poland. For each city/destination, Ellie offered no fewer than 3 options for accommodations. Same for my flight options. Each destination had three choices. Different airlines and different departure times so I could manage my travel easily. The communication between Ellie and myself was excellent. With the time change between us, emails worked perfectly. Ellie was very attentive to my needs and responded to my questions/inquiries quickly. On more than a few occasions, when I called her office, she took the time to answer me right away. I would love to extend my gratitude and genuine "thanks" to Ellie. Dare I say... she made this experience fun. 5 STARS !!! Her company should be grateful to have her working there.
