Thanks for your e-mail. I would have contacted you in any case to thank you for finding the hotel. The Grand Hotel Mussmann was excellent in every respect. The location was convenient for the tram and the bedrooms were quiet, even with the window left open at night. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, light, and tastefully decorated. For me, the combination of tiled and wooden floors was a bonus, much preferred to carpets. There was a conveniently-placed large desk on which to work by the window and WI-FI available free of charge. The breakfast was very good and the staff friendly and helpful. Marks – 10 out of 10! We would like to stay in this hotel the next time we attend the Hannover Show in April 2017; (we exhibit there on alternate years). Many thanks to you for finding just the right hotel for us. I would recommend your service to others without hesitation.

I’ve appreciated your service and in particular your flexibility. We usually don’t know which staff will be attending our exhibitions until very near the time, and your flexibility with this is important to us and much appreciated.
The rate for the hotel was reasonable. It was near the upper end of our budget, but good value I think, considering the following feedback from staff:
“Hotel was fine, rooms were good and had no problems. Only potential issue was the limited parking, but this didn’t affect me last week.”
“Would definitely stay there again. Staff were really pleasant and helpful, food was good and the location was pretty good too.”
“I would stop there again no problem good rooms good food and good location for city centre.”

Thank you very much. Everything was good. We were pleased with the accommodation and the convenient location, and the landlord’s contact person was really friendly and helpful. One thing to mention is that we were unaware that a €500 cash deposit was required on check-in.. Anyway, we were happy over all, so thank you again.
