IT-TRANS 2022 took place as a live trade fair at the Karlsruhe Exhibition Centre between 10.05.2022 and 12.05.2022. The edition received over 7,000 visitors, more than 500 conference delegates and 270 exhibitors from 35 countries. Additionally, the event featured 180 speakers who presented over 45 content sessions.
IT-TRANS 2024
IT-TRANS 2024 was a live trade exposition hosted at Messe Karlsruhe between 14.05.2024 and 16.05.2024. The edition featured approximately 250 exhibiting firms from 30 nations. Their wares were examined by around 6 500 visitants.
IT-TRANS 2026
IT-TRANS 2026 was a live trade expo hosted between 03.03.2026 and 05.03.2026. It featured approximately 200 exhibiting firms from 22 nations, more than 130 lecturers and 5 500 visitants from 51 countries.

The trip went quite well. We only had one issue because our team was late for the check in on Friday and they couldn’t reach the hotel by phone.
There was just an answering machine in German and that was not useful, but they had no problem checking in in the end.
They’ve told me the hotel was nice and everything ran smoothly so thank you for all the support.

The Hotel receptionist man, Swen was very very nice to me, more than helpful and was a real pleasure to deal with him. Alexandra, his colleague also she was very nice, even tough I only deal with her for several hours, before I left the hotel , back to Romania. The fair went quite well.
They told me that their stay at the Aparthotel Lenau was very good and that they didn't have any major problems. The only drawback was being on the 4th or 5th floor without an elevator (especially for carrying suitcases), and during check-in, some of the terminals weren't working, so it took quite a while, but otherwise, it was in a great location, very easy to park, spacious and clean rooms... Very good.
We are not going to reserve anything for future editions yet, as we are not sure whether we will participate directly or through an agent/distributor.
As soon as we have any needs again, I will contact you, as our experience with you has been very good, with very quick responses and excellent service.
