Dear Megan,
I hope you had a great weekend.
You were a big help to us for the last 4 years since I first contacted you regarding booking hotels for IDS.
If it weren't for your assistance, we would have had a hard time to make the show successful.
We went back and forth a lot and thank you for your patience and understanding in advance.
I appreciate our collaboration and getting to know you.
Hope you have a great day and start to the week.
With warmest regards,
Phillip

Good day.
I´m fine. I hope you too.
Thank you for asking. This is the second time my colleagues stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to the fairgrounds and comfortable facilities.
We knew it thanks to Megan and already accommodated in 2022 during the same fair.
Compared to the previous time I was informed by colleagues that the treatment was not that good.
On the other hand, the treatment with Megan Moore has always been very correct and efficient. I hope to contact her for other alternatives next time.

Thanks to Tom who was a great help for us in finding an alternative hotel during the show after we heard at the last minute that our hotel was being used for refugee shelter. Every request for additional rooms was handled accurately and professionally. It is very pleasant to work with Tom.

It is a very nice and lovely hotel, an excellence service and placed in the city centre of Hannover. We recommend it for sure!

Hi Tom
Everything went super well! Thanks!
Yes, we are already registered for next year.
I was wondering if it’s possible to have a hotel that is more in the city centre for the next Vitfaoods?
(Or more towards direction of the fair)
Best regards,

Hi Megan,
Thanks for your effort to help us arranging our exhibition hotel, and we appreciate it. Everything went smoothly and successfully.
Best Regards.

Hi, dear Tom,
Thanks a lot for Your help and proceding the process all the time. Of course, the difference in service quality, in comparison with the hotel in Germany, it is felt, the level is lower and the service staff - surly. But good news are that the exhibitors needed hotel only during the nights as the day-time was very busy (only weather could be better.....).
We were very satisfied with Your service, Tom. Next time we’ll try to use Your services.
Wishing You a great success in Your business!!!
Kind regards,
Vija
