Preface
Founded in 1954, Bauma is a trade show of prime importance to the construction industry. It serves as the central exposition epicentre for novel solutions and new trends. It, furthermore, acts as the primary conference location for forming new partnerships. Bauma is also the leading event for experts opting to expand their specialist knowledge and overview the industry. Bauma occurs once every three years at Messe Munich in Germany. Because of its significance, the trade fair receives professionals such as leading manufacturers, market representatives, key players, experts, and trade journalists. Various professional associations, universities, and students additionally visit the event. Many management staff members attend Bauma. Such include business, company, and plant management. Bauma is an international fair that receives a large group of professionals. For instance, one of its iterations featured 623 702 participants. Bauma 2019
The 2019 edition of Bauma was among the most successful renditions. It featured 3,702 exhibitors, with 66% of them coming from abroad. A total of 620 000 visitants attended, examining wares on 614,000 m2 of exhibition space. More than 200 countries visited the live exhibition hosted between the 8th and 14th of April 2019.
Bauma 2022
Bauma München 2022 greatly surpassed the expectations of the construction and mining industries. It took place as a hybrid event, comprising a live aspect in Messe Munich and a digital platform. The iteration was held between the 24th and 30th of October, 2022. The live segment of Bauma 2022 München did not incorporate coronavirus safeguards. Bauma 2025
Bauma 2025 continued the positive trend established by the 2022 iteration. It was a live trade expo held between the 7th and 13th of April 2025 in Messe Munich. Bauma 2025 featured 3 601 exhibitors from 57 nations. In addition, Fiera Bauma 2025 was attended by around 600 000 visitants from over 200 countries.

Dear Mark, Sorry to reply this late! I have just got back to Taiwan after this long business trip – the K was very successful and thank you for asking. I would love to take a while to give you mine, and my Teammates’ feedback about the accommodation. Overall impression: Very good value for money! Pros: 1. Great location – it took 2 minutes to walk to the metro station and then 20 more minutes on the train to get to the fair. 2. Lots of restaurants and shops around – very convenient! 3. Rooms were big and clean, and we had plenty of space for our suitcases. 4. Comfortable beds, central heating and big bathrooms. 5. We will definitely consider it for the next K! it fulfilled most of our requirements! Having said all that I know you would like to know about the cons. I do not try to attack you, as you don’t run the hotel, but for your reference and future customers you should be aware of the down side of the hotel; 1. There was no internet connection in the rooms – I think it was the biggest problem for us, as we had to receive emails and work in the lobby – the only place with the internet connection. You must know that the lobby was in a different building across the street! So this was not what I had in mind when ordering the rooms – Wi-Fi connection in the room is the most important thing when searching hotels for myself and my Team. The lobby was also a bar and a restaurant at the same time so it was inconvenient for us and other patrons to work there. The staff of the hotel did nothing upon my request to fix the connection in at least some of our rooms. 2. Great location – unfortunately it comes with a price – the area was busy and loud every night and for the whole night, the windows didn’t block all of the noise of breaking glass and drunken singing. As I said at the beginning it was good value for money, and we would still chose this one! Knowing it was loud and there was no internet would not stop us from ordering it, but it would give us heads up and chance to mentally prepare. I hope my feedback was helpful and you will communicate with the hotel the need for Wi-Fi.

Regarding the hotel, it was ok, some rooms were very small like mine but it was clean. Some other colleagues were happy because they had big rooms with a nice view. The staff was friendly and very useful.

I’ve appreciated your service and in particular your flexibility. We usually don’t know which staff will be attending our exhibitions until very near the time, and your flexibility with this is important to us and much appreciated.
The rate for the hotel was reasonable. It was near the upper end of our budget, but good value I think, considering the following feedback from staff:
“Hotel was fine, rooms were good and had no problems. Only potential issue was the limited parking, but this didn’t affect me last week.”
“Would definitely stay there again. Staff were really pleasant and helpful, food was good and the location was pretty good too.”
“I would stop there again no problem good rooms good food and good location for city centre.”
