The Mercure was a good hotel and we are happy with stay. It was a very big improvement from the terrible Comfort Hotel which I don´t you should recommend to anyone.

- There were friendly reminders, should one have forgotten something.

- There was little choice at breakfast.
- For weekend arrivals the reception is empty.
- The windows could not be opened due to laws/ ordinances.
Positive:
- The train is 3 - 5 minutes walk away.
- There are some good restaurants nearby
- On request you got the key to open the window
- There were shopping facilities (supermarkets) nearby
- The hotel offers parking possibilities; (Otherwise there is a parking garage 100 m away)
- The parking spaces at the hotel are free of charge

The only two thinks we were quite surprised about was that there was almost no light in the rooms and that there were no parking spots exclusively for the hotel. Thanks for your e-mail. I would have contacted you in any case to thank you for finding the hotel. The Grand Hotel Mussmann was excellent in every respect. The location was convenient for the tram and the bedrooms were quiet, even with the window left open at night. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, light, and tastefully decorated. For me, the combination of tiled and wooden floors was a bonus, much preferred to carpets. There was a conveniently-placed large desk on which to work by the window and WI-FI available free of charge. The breakfast was very good and the staff friendly and helpful. Marks – 10 out of 10! We would like to stay in this hotel the next time we attend the Hannover Show in April 2017; (we exhibit there on alternate years). Many thanks to you for finding just the right hotel for us. I would recommend your service to others without hesitation.
