Dear Tom,
We all had a good stay at Motel One in Dusseldorf. Clean, simple rooms but good showers and beds. I stayed one more night which was paid by a cancellation from one of us at the first night. Very reasonable. Am on the way back and we had a succesfull Anuga.

Everything went very well!! We have really appreciated your fast action in solving our issue to reinstate a cancelled reservation for new guests.
The only “negative” thing was that there was not possibility to have dinner in the hotel, but my team solved going out.

The best thing on the hotel was, he is so close to exhibition centre. But if you will find something in the same price and also so close to exhibition – I dont care.

Dear Tom,
thank you for your email. The hotel was quite good but the service was not honestly professional, staff was not so friendly and the rooms were a bit poor. We had to change the personal code (to use elevators, enter in the room, parking etc..) 3 times as we had 3 reservations/each. Sometimes my colleague found the room not clean and in the same condition as in the morning.
However the location was good and my general feedback is positive. I thank you very much for your support, you are really professional and quick in replying.
