Salon Gourmets 2021
The event occurred as a live exhibition at IFEMA between 18-21.10.2021. It included the latest coronavirus precautions to ensure the safety of the participants. The edition featured 1 548 exhibiting firms who presented 37 000 commodities to 74 914 visitants.
Salon Gourmets 2022
Salon Gourmets 2022 took place between 25-28.04.2022. The event took place as a live exhibition. Organisers implemented the most up-to-date coronavirus precautions to ensure the participants’ safety. Approximately 1 600 exhibiting firms showed 40 000 goods to around 70 000 trade visitants and 120 hosted vendees from 38 nations.
Salon Gourmets 2023
Salon Gourmets 2023 occurred as a live trade exposition between 17-20.04.2023. It did not include coronavirus precautions because the country repealed its pandemic restrictions. The iteration generated 200 million euros by presenting 55 000 products, including 1 500 novel ones. The wares were displayed by more than 2 000 exhibiting firms and over-viewed by 116 257 visitants.
Salon Gourmets 2024
The 37th iteration of the event was held as a live trade exposition between 22-25.04.2024. It generated a turnover of 200 000 000 EUR. This was due to the presence of 1 980 exhibiting firms who presented more than 55 000 wares, including over 1 300 novel ones. They were overviewed by 106 923 visitants.
Salon Gourmets 2025
The 38th iteration of the event was held as a live trade expo between 07-10.04.2025. It was attended by around 2 100 exhibiting firms who presented more than 55 000 wares including 2 000 novel ones, on 72 000 m2. They were overviewed by approximately 118 000 visitants.

Was a nice hotel, although it was placed a long way from our originally booked hotel in the center of the city – so it had an extra cost for taxi’s.
Besides that we had some good days and the hotel was nice – we were all named Ronni, which gave som challenges as that is not our names, and they could not change the names at the hotel.

ANUGA 2023 was successful. The hotel, 25hours Hotel The Circle was a great, convenient location. The staff was quite friendly and the breakfast was good. The drawback for me was very limited space to hang and store clothes. Also, the room not being equipped with an iron and ironing board was not ideal, but the front desk was able to supply upon request. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.
Though it is still quite early, I suspect I will attend ANUGA 2025.

This hotel was in a great location, very close to the main train station.
There are tons of restaurants and sight seeing opportunities within walking/biking distance. The value/price was much better than the hotel I stayed at 4 years ago when I attended the Ligna show.

Am glad to note that they were all pleased with both hotels. They said the hotels were clean and service was good. They particularly liked the location and the restaurant of Hotel XII Apostel Albergo. The only downside they mentioned to me is the weak wi-fi connection. But overall they were much satisfied.

This was a very nice hotel and would consider staying again in the future. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were adequate and clean. The hotel is located near the subway station as well as the larger metro station at the Duomo. It was easy to get to the station and get around the city when necessary.

Mark was very helpful and always there for us which was very appreciated! Even if the hotel wasn't the best one, it was close to the show: we could walk from there.
