Dear Anna, The Hotel Monte Christo - Koln was great ! Flights was all ok. Hotel Very clean and neat. Hot inside as much as you wish. Very nice hosting service ! The Hotel receptionist man, Swen was very very nice to me, more than helpful and was a real pleasure to deal with him. Alexandra, his colleague also she was very nice, even tough I only deal with her for several hours, before I left the hotel , back to Romania. I know I might not have been so easy to deal person at times, but you was patient to me. I appreciate all your efforts to find the best deal based upon my requests. I have just returned from my trip as I went to London after the fair. The hotel was great. Really close to the fair and easy to get to each day by walking.
We did really struggle to get taxis each night during the fair from the hotel to the city centre as there were no restaurants around the hotel. The hotel restaurant was good but expensive and you didn’t want to eat there each time.

Many thanks for handling the reservation of the hotel so professionally. Its interesting to note that when Interschutz 2021 was cancelled the hotel, and yourselves, did not hesitate to carry the booking over to 2022 at the same cost. The hotel, although a little out of Hannover (this was as per choice) was excellent. The food was excellent and the rooms larger than normal, and well appointed. My stay was greatly enjoyed.
