The 2027 dates for Matka Nordic Travel Fair, the largest travel fair in Northern Europe, have been announced. The trade fair will be held from the 21st to the 24th of January 2027 as a live event.

The 2023 iteration of the Matka Nordic Travel Fair occurred as a live trade exhibition between the 19th and 22nd of January 2023. It was held in the Messukeskus Helsinki without implementing coronavirus safeguards. This was because the country countermanded its pandemic restrictions. Matka 2023 featured over 900 exhibiting brands from 70 nations and more than 50 000 visitants.

Matka 2024 occurred as a live trade exposition between 18-21.01.2024 in Messukeskus Helsinki. It featured around 900 exhibiting firms from approximately 70 nations and over 50 000 visitants.
Matka 2025
Matka Nordic Travel Fair 2025 was a live trade expo hosted between 17-19.01.2025 in Messukeskus Helsinki. It showcased the wares of 850 exhibiting firms from approximately 70 nations and was attended by more than 56 000 visitants (representing a 11% increased in comparison to previous iterations).
Matka 2026
Matka 2026 was a live trade expo hosted between 16.01.2026 and 18.01.2026 in Messukeskus Helsinki. It showcased the wares of around 1 000 exhibiting firms from around 60 nations and was attended by 56 400 visitants.

we would like to thank you for the excellent recommendation of the Best Western Hotel der Fohrenhof * * *.
The stay was pleasant and we really appreciated the restaurant's cuisine: the opportunity to have dinner in the hotel was providential given the long travel time of just 15 km separating the hotel from the fair (45-60 minutes).
For us the exhibition was successful and we have already signed up for the next edition in 2026: any possibility for you to find a more convenient solution? Better if reachable on foot or well connected by public transport.

Many thanks for handling the reservation of the hotel so professionally. Its interesting to note that when Interschutz 2021 was cancelled the hotel, and yourselves, did not hesitate to carry the booking over to 2022 at the same cost. The hotel, although a little out of Hannover (this was as per choice) was excellent. The food was excellent and the rooms larger than normal, and well appointed. My stay was greatly enjoyed.
