Preface
Inform yourself on current market trends and technical achievements in the paper, film, foil, and nonwovens sectors at ICE Europe. The international exhibition remains a tightly focused specialised event and this is reflected in the 500 exhibitors who display their latest products, materials, and services. You can expect to reach an audience numbering more than 7 000 trade visitors. ICE Europe might be smaller in attendance, but has an impressive scope. Display categories cover actuators, roller cutters, laminating machines, lasers, machine accessories, measuring systems, stamping machines, test equipment, train controllers and adhesive application systems.
If you have not settled on where you will stay, Travel 2 Fairs ltd can take the lead on your hotel booking online. Our team helps you see a new way to plan business travel. Why spend days going through all possible hotels for ICE Europe, when you can book all rooms in a manner of hours? Travel 2 Fairs ltd streamlines the entire process to a single work day in order to allow you to focus on running your business. It is important to us that you feel at ease, so we always look for affordable properties near the venue.

Dear Tom,
Hope you are well.
I wanted to say thank you for your helps for the hotel reservation during A+A 2023.
I would like to know, if you can do any price offer to us for 2025, if we use again your agency.
We are very satisfied with your service, but as we are hiring more people and getting bigger group, if we can reduce the cost per night, it would be grateful.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Yes we are back from our trip and happy for you to pass on the below regarding Ashleys Gardens
We could walk from the venue to the Messe Dusseldorf exhibition centre which was a big advantage for us. So the location was key and a big tick.
The hotel is of course very old and the rooms are very small with no lift so up 2 flights of stairs with bags for everyone.
Restaurant is popular with the locals and often cannot fit you in for dinner and wont let you charge back to the rooms.
Staff are friendly and breakfast is good.
All the best.
