Update
The 2027 edition of the HKTDC Hong Kong Electronics Fair will take place between 13-16.04.2027. The live trade fair will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC).
Calling Card
HKTDC Hong Kong Electronics Fair presents international buyers with key innovations in the world of electronics and electronic devices for every task and aspect of life. The trade fair operates in the HKCEC. The fast pace of advancements in electronics has resulted in the event featuring a second edition in spring (April) to keep up with all news and products that debut throughout the year. The other edition is scheduled for the middle of October. HKTDC Hong Kong Electronics Fair secures access to major markets in Asia spanning China, Taiwan, India, and Japan. At the same time, it serves as a bridge to buyers located in Europe and the Americas. Even exhibiting during one edition is enough to boost brand visibility and sales numbers.
Business Potential
What contributes to the success of HKTDC Hong Kong Electronics Fair is its product portfolio. If it has a power button and runs on electricity, you can rest assured it will find its way to the floor show in Hong Kong. Categories include XR, fitness & beauty, personal electronics, robotics, IoT, electronic gaming & e-sports, mobile electronics, navigation systems, office automation and more. Trade visitors represent different industries and major retailers with global recognition. Exhibitors network with and pitch to senior staff from Best Buy, Target, Walmart, Voxx, Globe Electric, Fnac Darty, Gifi, SEB, Goppa LLC and Rewe. That’s only a short excerpt from the full list. Getting a booth translates to immediate return on investment. Think successful product launches, increase in qualified leads and better visibility.
Did You Know?
Just because there are two editions of HKTDC Hong Kong Electronics Fair doesn’t mean they’re identical to each other. The spring edition shares the exhibition centre with the HKTDC Hong Kong International Lighting Fair and the HKTDC International ICT Expo, while the autumn one is co-located with electronicsAsia. This gives the editions distinct personalities, creates different synergies and attracts a slightly different audience. Exhibitors only stand to win as they choose the fair that best meets their needs. Additionally, the trade fair has a popular support programme. In the past there have been the Symposium on Innovation & Technology and the Hong Kong Electronic Forum. Other topics for events include Capturing Smart City Project Opportunities in ASEAN and Emerging Trends of Smart Mobility and Transport System.

Dear Tom,
We had a good stay. The hotel is clean and people are friendly and helpful. its nice to see smily faces when you start your day and when you return tired. The only thing that i can tell is the issue with the breakfast that while each time after i sent your email the issue was taking care the next day existed again. there was no update between personel and system.

Hello Tom,
Thank you for your email.
In general we were happy with the location and the general hotel accommodation, however the air conditioning was not working in several rooms and they couldn’t come with a solution to change rooms or fixing the problem during the 3 nights we were staying there….
If we have a guarantee that this problem will be solved by next year, we want to rebook for SPACE 2027 with 5 rooms Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday night and 3 rooms Tuesday -Wednesday night.

Dear Brian,
Thank you for all your help in arranging accommodation for our Travel Award Winners. It was very well organised by you even when additional night's accommodation was requested. All of the guests were happy with the hotel and had no complaints.
We would be looking to book again with you in the future!

The team of Travel To Fairs Ltd. has helped me a lot, met my needs (research for an accomodation for my guests, and changes of the last minutes); the hotel, a three stars category 20 minutes from the fair of Trondheim, was very clean and the staff very helpfull and kind.

Been staying this hotel for few times. The room reservation was very prompt and convenient. Ms Christine Clark has been assisting us with the room reservation and her service is very efficient. Will definitely recommend to other friends on their services.

You are an absolute pleasure to deal with

Hi Ben,
We were satisfied with your service. The option of including a breakfast instead of paying at the hotel would have been better. We will be going to InterTabac next year and maybe Spannabis in Barcelona. But we have to decide still. If we do we’ll duff get in contact with you guys otherwise we don’t.
Have a good day!

Dear George,
thanks for you mail.
Everything went very well!! We have really appreciated your fast action in solving our issue to reinstate a cancelled reservation for new guests.
The only “negative” thing was that there was not possibility to have dinner in the hotel, but my team solved going out.
We will be very glad to ask for your help for future reservation.
Thank you and kind regards
Debora
