Preface
FESPA is the main meeting event for the printing industry. It is the central hub for showcasing print industry novelties. The fair also serves as the location for hosting high-profile discussions and meetings. The fair, furthermore, is the site for professionals seeking new investments or partnerships. Every year, the trade exhibition occurs at different venues. Among them are Amsterdam RAI, Messe Berlin, and ExCeL London. FESPA is an international fair attended by many professionals in the printing industry. Among them are graphic designers, embroiders, as well as interior decorators. Merchandisers and t-shirt printers also visit it. Print operators, print managers, digital press operators, and production supervisors should not overlook visiting. FESPA is an international trade show with a high level of attendance. For example, many editions exceed 600 exhibitor firms and 18 000 visitants. Over 100 nations exhibit or visit the fair, including Belgium, the People’s Republic of China, and the United States.

Past Iterations
FESPA 2021
FESPA 2021 marked the successful restart of the printing industry. The event occurred between the 12th and 15th of October 2021 as a live exhibition at Amsterdam RAI. The event featured strict coronavirus safeguards, including attendants presenting health certificates. More than 100 countries attended the edition. The event attracted 7 850 unique visitors (44% were company owners or managing directors). This showed the importance of the event as a means to forward business plans and recovery.
FESPA 2022
FESPA 2022 occurred as a live event between the 31st of May and the 3rd of June 2022 in Messe Berlin. The venue did not implement coronavirus safeguards. The event featured 375 exhibitors whose wares were inspected by 11 647 visitants from 126 countries. More than 60% of the visitors had purchasing power or influence. Additionally, 53% were willing to invest during or after the event.
FESPA 2023
The 2023 iteration of the event occurred between the 23rd and 26th of May 2023 in Messe Munich. It featured over 550 exhibiting firms whose wares were examined by 14 776 visitants from 134 nations. 84% of the visiting group were executives, including 73% of CEOs, managers, MDs, and owners. This signified a 15% increase in the attending executive rate compared to 2022. Among them were more than 750 decision-making participants who represented Oceania, Africa, and the Americas. Additionally, 50% of the visitants intend to invest within 12 months after the event. 10% of the visiting group represented Asia, while 80% were from Europe.
FESPA 2024
The 2024 iteration of the event occurred between the 19th and 22nd of March in Amsterdam RAI. It featured 525 exhibiting firms whose wares were examined by around 12 000 visitants (85% were executives), with the total median budget being 2 700 000 000 EUR and a total of 120 nations attending.
FESPA 2025
Feira FESPA 2025 occurred as a live trade expo between the 6th and 9th of May 2025 in Messe Berlin in Berlin, Germany. FESPA 2025 in Berlin featured around 600 exhibiting firms from 38 nations and over 20 000 visitants.

One of my colleagues tried to check in after 11pm using the self-service system it found is booking, asked him to enter my address, and then when pressed to confirm it said it couldn’t process my check-in. This happened to another colleague arriving late due to flight delays -the system is unreliable/faulty, which is a particular issue when the check-in desk is unmanned. Both had to use the hotel's emergency number. Overall the hotel was clean and service was ok.

I'm not positive how I stumbled across "Travel to Fairs Limited", but I'm so glad I did. A simple request for traveling advice turned into a fantastic planning experience. My first point of contact (Via telephone) was from Ms. Ellie Stone. From that point forward I worked solely with her. My plans were extremely complex and Ellie was there for me the entire time. Flying from the United States, traveling to four separate cites in three European countries seemed daunting. After a few questions and some conversation, Ellie was able to give me multiple hotel options in each city. Ms. Stone even divided each hotel by their amenities. (Included breakfast/bars/public transport etc.) In addition to her thorough help with hotel accommodations, Ellie also booked three (3) separate flights for me. Germany to Denmark to Poland. For each city/destination, Ellie offered no fewer than 3 options for accommodations. Same for my flight options. Each destination had three choices. Different airlines and different departure times so I could manage my travel easily. The communication between Ellie and myself was excellent. With the time change between us, emails worked perfectly. Ellie was very attentive to my needs and responded to my questions/inquiries quickly. On more than a few occasions, when I called her office, she took the time to answer me right away. I would love to extend my gratitude and genuine "thanks" to Ellie. Dare I say... she made this experience fun. 5 STARS !!! Her company should be grateful to have her working there.
