Expo Real 2025 will occur at Messe Munich between the 6th and 8th of October 2025.
Preface
Expo Real is Europe’s prime investment and real estate trade exposition. Founded in 1998, it is the primary meeting location for professionals in three industries. These are the real estate, financing, and investing sectors. The exposition occurs annually at Messe Munich. It is where real estate capitalists, asset management enterprises and insurance providers meet. The fair is additionally where foundations and financiers gather. Construction projects, assets, property, and facility managers also visit the fair. As do real estate appraisers, architects, consultants, brokers, auditors, and legal advisers. Visitors often feature market research institutes, marketing companies and HR consultant firms. Expo Real is among the high-profile events with a high level of attendance. For example, one of the iterations received 2 095 exhibiting firms and 44 536 visitants. The edition included 1 000 media representatives as well. Among the attending countries are the United States, the People's Republic of China, the Swiss Confederation, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Malta, the Italian Republic, and Russia.

Expo Real in Munich Accommodation

Expo Real 2021
The 2021 iteration of Expo Real marked the successful restart of the European real estate industry. It attracted 1 198 exhibiting firms and 19 200 visitants from 52 countries. The edition took place as a hybrid event, with the in-person part of the fair occurring at Messe Munich. The in-person aspect of the trade show incorporated rigorous coronavirus precautions, such as social distancing. The edition was considered successful.
Expo Real 2022
The 2022 hybrid iteration of Expo Real took place between 04-06.10.2022. It comprised a live trade exposition and a virtual platform. The event received 1 887 exhibiting firms from 33 countries and around 40 000 visitants from 73 nations. The face-to-face aspect did not incorporate coronavirus precautions due to the removal of the related domestic restrictions.
Expo Real 2023
The 2023 live trade exposition iteration of Expo Real occurred between 04-06.10.2023. It occurred in Messe Munich and, similar to the 2022 hybrid format, did not feature coronavirus precautions. The iteration received 1 856 exhibiting firms from 36 nations and more than 40 000 visitants from 70 countries.
Expo Real 2024
Expo Real Munich 2024 occurred as a live trade expo between 07-09.10.2024. It featured more than 40 000 attendants from 75 nations, including over 1 700 exhibiting firms from 34 countries.
Expo Real 2025
Messe Expo Real 2025 featured more than 1 700 exhibiting firms from 34 nations and approximately 42 000 visitants from over 70 countries. Expo Real 2025 in Munich took place between October 6th and October 8th.
