Caravaning 2021
The 2021 edition of the event took place between 16.10.2021 and 24.10.2021. The event was a live exhibition at the Fira de Barcelona in Barcelona, Spain. The event venue featured the latest Covid-19 prevention measures, including social distancing. According to the organisers, the edition received more than 60 000 visitors.
Caravaning 2023
The 2023 iteration of Caravaning occurred as a live trade exposition that surpassed the attendance rates of previous editions. It attracted over 66 000 attendants between 07-15.10.2023. It did not incorporate coronavirus precautions due to the repealing of the country's pandemic restrictions.
Caravaning 2025
Caravaning 2025 was a live trade expo held in Fira de Barcelona in Spain between 11-19.10.2025. It featured 180 exhibiting firms who presented more than 700 models to over 60 000 visitants.

We were very satisfied with the STAYERY Frankfurt Sachsenhausen. The rooms were great and the location worked very well for us. It took us around 20 minutes by car to reach CPHI in the morning, which was perfect.
The only very small downside is that our rooms were not all located close to each other – only 2 out of 4 colleagues had rooms next to each other. This is not a major issue at all, more of a small detail, but I am mentioning it as feedback.
I will try to complete the questionnaire later today.
Regarding your question about preliminary rates for next year, as far as we know, the 2026 edition of CPHI will be held in Milan, not in Frankfurt – which is why I am not sure I fully understand the proposal to review hotel rates for the same hotel next year. Could you clarify this point?

I’ve appreciated your service and in particular your flexibility. We usually don’t know which staff will be attending our exhibitions until very near the time, and your flexibility with this is important to us and much appreciated.
The rate for the hotel was reasonable. It was near the upper end of our budget, but good value I think, considering the following feedback from staff:
“Hotel was fine, rooms were good and had no problems. Only potential issue was the limited parking, but this didn’t affect me last week.”
“Would definitely stay there again. Staff were really pleasant and helpful, food was good and the location was pretty good too.”
“I would stop there again no problem good rooms good food and good location for city centre.”

I have seen the "Cotadines City Center Hotel" which is very closed to Messe and the price is not so high.

Thank you for email. Everything went well during our stay. The hotel allowed early check-in. Room is new and clean, but is too small, and the hotel is located in good location as it is convenient to public transportation and walking distance to the old town. Only few points, it's a bit noisy surrounding(from the road), especially at night. The room does not seal and not well sound protected. With the room rate it would be good if the hotel served BF.
