As usual, you helped us a lot to solve the changes in our bookings. It was an excellent job.

As for the Hotel Flandrischer Hof - it is a good hotel with normal services, biggest advantage is the little distance to the fair area.

we used this service for 3 years in a row and it has always been great, effective and fast: we have been allowed to change some names of the guests and to book further rooms without any delay.

The hotel selected had a great position near to the station stop and just 15 minutes by train from the Fair. The rooms were cute and cleaned and the personnel at the desk well prepared and quick.

We are very happy and satisfied.

The hotel was perfect with reasonable access to Messe Frankfurt. The rooms are new and clean and very ergonomic. The best breakfast that I could ever had.

The hotel « Zum Deutschen Eck » was perfect for what we wanted and a special mention for the person at the reception : he was very nice and competent.

Now, about the Hotel: This hotel was in a great location, very close to the main train station but it's so far to fairgound (1h in train and walk +/-).

Our rooms was in 4th floor and the elevator only go to 3rd floor. For to go at 4th floor, only have a stairs. It's only a small points that we don't like.

Dear Anna, The Hotel Monte Christo - Koln was great ! Flights was all ok. Hotel Very clean and neat. Hot inside as much as you wish. Very nice hosting service ! The Hotel receptionist man, Swen was very very nice to me, more than helpful and was a real pleasure to deal with him. Alexandra, his colleague also she was very nice, even tough I only deal with her for several hours, before I left the hotel , back to Romania. I know I might not have been so easy to deal person at times, but you was patient to me. I appreciate all your efforts to find the best deal based upon my requests. Also we have learned the lesson and knowing that we may be going to the IBC2020, we are thinking of making a very early booking. Is that possible?

What options you can provide, it can include the Olympic Hotel, as they were satisfied, but also other similar options close to RAI.
