The service received by Mrs Ellie Stone can only be praised. She is professional, fast handling and 100% engaged in providing prompt and satisfying answers to customer needs and requests. All this in a very pleasant way. As to the hotel I chose, the location was great, the breakfast very nice, the rooms are quiet small, but clean and cozy. Only the bar should be looked at, as there is not much choice, neither in food nor in beverage. All in all a good place to stay during a fair.

Dear Brian,
Thank you for all your help in arranging accommodation for our Travel Award Winners. It was very well organised by you even when additional night's accommodation was requested. All of the guests were happy with the hotel and had no complaints.

Hello George,
Thank you for your follow up call.
Am glad to note that they were all pleased with both hotels. They said the hotels were clean and service was good. They particularly liked the location and the restaurant of Hotel XII Apostel Albergo. The only downside they mentioned to me is the weak wi-fi connection. But overall they were much satisfied.

Your services were superb, the hotel was alright, very clean and really close to the metro station.
The only issue was the breakfast as it was a typical german one and not the european/standard one. Overall happy with the hotel, the owner was kind and so were the staff.
