They are so very helpful, made everything so comfortable for us and most certainly you can recommend this hotel to other wheelchair users! We made some recommendations to a lady there, I think it may have been Laura about the bathroom which could use a little improving.

For next year I would like to start sourcing for 5 people (1 wheelchair user) as this year because the bookings were so late, we were all around Bologna and the taxi fairs were insane.
