Thank you for your email. 

In general we were happy with the location and the general hotel accommodation, however the air conditioning was not working in several rooms and they couldn’t come with a solution to change rooms or fixing the problem during the 3 nights we were staying there…. 

If we have a guarantee that this problem will be solved by next year, we want to rebook for SPACE 2027 with 5 rooms Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday night and 3 rooms Tuesday -Wednesday night.

Dear Tom, 

Vitafoods 2026 edition was great! 

However, we encountered a problem with the hotel. We had requested twin rooms with separate beds. We were surprised to find that the rooms only had double beds. For a business trip, this was a bit surprising. The hotel did, however, find a way to resolve the issue, and we were able to stay in rooms with separate beds. Apart from that, the hotel was great. 

For next year, we’ll attend again to Vitafoods 2027. Do you have any options already? We’ll have one more double room with twin bed.
