To the attention of all our clients! Fraudulent Boat-hotel company on the market!
As a respected business travel agency, we feel obliged to warn you about a fraudulent company on the market. The latter goes by the name of Messe Cruise/ Fair Cruise, with General manager Mr. Ergun Eylul Kizil. The company provides accommodation on riverboats, during major trade fairs in Dusseldorf, Cologne, Frankfurt, and Nurnberg, promoting low prices and free cancellation terms.
We would like to advise you on our bad experience with this boat-hotel agency, so no one else can fall into his trap. We had signed a contract with them with refundable conditions. The cruise company was unable to provide the contracted services on a couple of occasions, due to some technical issues with their boats, which forced us to seek late-minute relocations for our clients and paying on their behalf. When we requested a cancellation of our reservation, the owner refused to give us our money back, disrespecting our initial mutual agreement. We have been chasing him to get our refund since March this year. He claims he does not have any money left, so he cannot pay us back. We have already got our lawyers involved, but it looks like this company is led by a single person, and he is not willing to cooperate or pay his debts to us or any of his clients.
