ABOUT THE VENUE
The Flanders Expo is an event complex of over 79,000 m2 in Ghent. It comprises 21 event spaces. These include eight exhibition halls spanning 54,000 m2 and seven meeting rooms (50 m2 to 500 m2). They also feature four outdoor areas spanning 22,100 m2, a 660 m2 foyer, and a black box room. All event areas feature modern amenities, including state-of-the-art AV equipment and flexible spaces. The venue also features service locations such as eight car parks which provide over 4,500 parking spaces.
