ABOUT THE VENUE

The Arena Berlin is a historical as well as a top event arena. It is a former bus storage facility that has been repurposed into an event venue. It was constructed in 1927 and renovated in 2000. The locale has a total space of 20,000 m2 and is on the Spree River. There are six indoor and outdoor sections in the complex. These include the Arena Halle, which has a total area of 6,500 m2 and a capacity of 9,000 participants. Also available is the Badeschiff, with 1,400 m2 of space. The facility also features an open-air sun deck known as the Escobar, with an event space of 200 m2. Participants can also attend various events at the Glashaus, a glasshouse with three rooms and an approximate area of 850 m2. The Arena Club is one of the meeting sections of the venue and features 500 m2 of space. Completing the meeting areas is the Freifläche or Open Space, which comprises over 600 m2 of outdoor space.
