The Mercure was a good hotel and we are happy with stay. It was a very big improvement from the terrible Comfort Hotel which I don´t you should recommend to anyone.

After extensive discussion, Messe Cologne has discontinued the organisation of photokina.

I got a room at Hotel Bakklandet in Trondheim the night of Aug. 23. to 24.. I came in late and everything was arranged as participated. Your services was good, prompt and working well for me. I would reccomand you services also another time. Regards Finn Chr. Skjennum

The location of the hotel was great since it was all walking distance. Facility was not as nice as I expected but the maintenance was good enough. However, although I booked for the twin bed, I got the room with a double bed. Nevertheless, again, the location was great. There was a supermarket right next to it and a nice cozy cafe across the street. I would stay at the same hotel again.

Dear Tom,
thank you for your email. The hotel was quite good but the service was not honestly professional, staff was not so friendly and the rooms were a bit poor. We had to change the personal code (to use elevators, enter in the room, parking etc..) 3 times as we had 3 reservations/each. Sometimes my colleague found the room not clean and in the same condition as in the morning.
However the location was good and my general feedback is positive. I thank you very much for your support, you are really professional and quick in replying.

One thing to mention is that we were unaware that a €500 cash deposit was required on check-in.. Anyway, we were happy over all, so thank you again.
