Labelexpo Europe will be hosted as a face-to-face exhibition between the 16th and 19th of September, 2025. The event will be held at the Fira Barcelona Gran Via in Spain. The venue will not have the latest Covid-19 safety measures due to the country's removing its pandemic restrictions.

The 2023 iteration occurred as a live trade exposition between the 11th and 14th of September 2023 at Brussels Expo. It signified the triumphant return of the event after the annulation of the 2022 format. The locale did not feature coronavirus precautions. This was due to the repealing of the country's pandemic restrictions.
