Our referent in T2F has always been at our disposal, offering an excellent service! The hotel had an excellent position and we did not find any problem, except that the rooms had never been cleaned in our 4 nights staying. Anyway we will simply point it out for next event!

Your services were superb, the hotel was alright, very clean and really close to the metro station.
The only issue was the breakfast as it was a typical german one and not the european/standard one. Overall happy with the hotel, the owner was kind and so were the staff.

I was sending 3 people to Anuga at the last minute and her help in finding lodging at a reasonable price, good location and quality hotel was outstanding. You have a winner with Michelle! Hi my name is Phillip from the Medit Field Marketing team. We stayed at the Leonardo Hotel during the IDS, and the condition was great! The room service, hospitality, room conditions. Hi Christine,
your support and professionality has been very appreciated by us. Always available and ready to answer.
Hotel rooms were not that good at least the standard room was too small and old and very noisy as well; bed not comfortable. I guess that for that price at least superior rooms should be the perfect deal with an hotel like that. Good position close to metro and exhibition very easy to reach. As well not so far from center. Receptionists were not so prepared as they always ask to pay our already included breakfast and their german or english language wasn't always that good.
Hope for a better deal next time!
We are recommending theTravel2Fair to reduce the fair stress. Also, Mr. George assisted us from the beginning of the project to the end. We reached them anytime that we needed.
