BRAFA 2025 will be hosted as a live exhibition between January 26th and February 2nd, 2025, at the Brussels Expo (Heysel). The event will be held without coronavirus precautions. This is due to the country repealing its coronavirus restrictions.
BRAFA has been a key meeting point for the art world in Belgium ever since its birth almost 70 years ago. The annual art fair creates the necessary conditions for gallerists, collectors, and curators to meet, appraise, educate and buy art pieces. BRAFA occurs annually at Brussels Expo and showcases fine art, antiques, and contemporary art for eight days. Previously, the art fair opened the year in January, but now organisers have decided to move it to a slot in mid-June. BRAFA has always been a barometer for the art market. You can see trends form in how collectors and other buyers react from year to year. It’s important to note that every single piece at BRAFA has been appraised and verified.
BRAFA continues to expand its list of galleries to showcase the very best from art and antiques. The names you should definitely learn are:
They contribute to the wide variety of art objects, which span human history since the Bronze Age. There are currently 20 categories at the art fair. These include classical archeology, tribal artistry, pre-Colombian artwork, Asian artistic creations, jewelry, and silverware. They also feature coinages, furnishing, and art items ranging from the Middle Ages to today. Among them are old and modern-day paintings, contemporary artwork, sculpture, ceramic wares, contemporaneous glass and earthenware, carpetings and fabrics, drawings, original cartoons, etchings, rare publications, photography, and writings. The galleries come from the Italian Republic, Japan, the UAE, and the United States.
Each year, BRAFA invites a guest of honour. Sometimes this can be a respected art institution. Other times it’s a remarkable artist who has left their mark in the art world. In the upcoming edition, the Guest of Honour is Belgian-born Arne Quinze, who first broke into the art world with his graffiti work and has since moved to wooden constructions and other installations. Buyers and art lovers can get the most out of the rich assortment of artworks and antiques by taking part in one of the many Art Tours held during the fair. Another highlight is the line-up of BRAFA ART TALKS – a series of conversations and lectures on modern artists such as Keith Haring and historical periods.

Hello,
Thank you for your email and services. Indeed my colleagues have come back and are very satiesfied with their visit.
Also we have learned the lesson and knowing that we may be going to the IBC2020, we are thinking of making a very early booking. Is that possible?
What options you can provide, it can include the Olympic Hotel, as they were satisfied, but also other similar options close to RAI.
Looking forward to your answer,
Ieva

Hello Tess,
Excellent service from Travel to Fairs Ltd for our last exhibition (IWA OUTDOOR CLASSICS2018) in Nuremberg, Germany.
Very competitive prices - the fact that you managed to offer us rooms when everything else was sold out speaks for itself!
We'll work with you again in the future.
Kind Regards,
Alrico Quik
Dear Tom,
Thanks for your email. For the Golden Leaf, generally speaking, it is a good experience. There are the tasty apples and free coffee and tea in the lobby. The people in the hotel are very nice. We just complain about the wi-fi in the hotel is not good, I can't use it in my room. I found many guests complaining about it in the reception. But anyway, thanks for your help.
Best regards.
Your services were superb, the hotel was alright, very clean and really close to the metro station.
The only issue was the breakfast as it was a typical german one and not the european/standard one. Overall happy with the hotel, the owner was kind and so were the staff.
Claudia
Dear Ben,
I want to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at Jugendherberge City-Hostel Koln-Riehl. I had a good experience, but a few points are worth mentioning.
Firstly, I commend the hostel's location, which is conveniently situated near the trade fair. This was one of the hostel's significant strengths.
However, I noticed that the rooms, although clean, had a rather plain and not very cosy ambience.
Thank you again, and I wish you continued success in future development.
Hello Michael
All went well at K&J earlier this month! Thank you for all your help!
Please send me the offers for accommodation next year.
Best
Eva
